BlackRock Index Services is hiring an Index Operations Analyst to own the daily production, data quality control, delivery, reconciliation, and support of fixed-income and multi-asset indices. The role publishes index returns and risk analytics through Aladdin, manages data vendors and defects, performs data reconciliation and ad-hoc analysis, supports client inquiries, and projects new indices. It requires 5–9 years of asset-management or financial-services experience, familiarity with Aladdin and index data, and basic SQL, Python, and Snowflake experience. The position is based in San Francisco, California, with a salary range of USD 132,500 to USD 162,000, an annual discretionary bonus, and a hybrid work model requiring at least four days in the office per week.
