UnitedLex is hiring an Associate – India Contract Solutions to support contract lifecycle management for global clients. The role reviews, drafts, redlines, negotiates, and manages commercial and IT contracts; identifies contractual risks; manages client relationships and SLAs/KPIs; and collaborates with client legal teams. Candidates need a law degree, up to one year of relevant post-qualification legal experience, strong contract and negotiation skills, excellent English communication, and the ability to work in shifts aligned with US/UK clients, travel internationally, and work remotely with the required infrastructure and confidentiality standards.
