Description
The Industrial Engineer will analyze and design production workflows, facility layouts, capacity utilization, line balancing, time standards, and shop performance to improve efficiency and product flow at Spirit AeroSystems. The role may support accident prevention, training, cost and inventory control, and facility planning, and requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, at least two years of industrial engineering experience, knowledge of production improvement tools, project leadership experience, strong communication skills, and advanced Microsoft Office proficiency. The position is union-represented, offers a summary pay range of $71,650 to $109,800, and includes eligible health insurance and other benefits.
