Description
The Associate Industrial Engineer will partner with Operations and senior engineering professionals to develop labor standards, improve distribution-center efficiency, and lead Lean and Six Sigma continuous-improvement projects. The role analyzes production processes, supports facility optimization, customer SLAs, safety, quality, and environmental initiatives, and presents improvement data to senior management. It requires a bachelor’s degree in industrial or systems engineering, BasicMOST certification, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification, 1–3 years of labor-standard and warehouse-operations experience, automation and AutoCAD knowledge, SQL and WMS experience, and OSHA compliance knowledge. The position is based at the US Midwest Distribution Center and offers a salary range of $62,300 to $72,500.
