Associate Industrial Engineer – Workforce Management at Universal Orlando Resort / Universal Destinations & Experiences in Orlando is a regular full-time role supporting operational and workforce analysis for guest-facing, high-volume operations. The position focuses on industrial engineering and analytics work such as statistics, process flow, queuing, optimization, labor planning, data preparation, dashboarding, and decision-support tools, while collaborating with senior engineers and cross-functional partners in a fast-paced 24/7/365 environment. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a closely related field, 2+ years of applied analytical experience (including internships or rotational assignments), and working proficiency in SQL plus at least one scripting language such as Python or R.
