Description
Kautex is seeking a Project Manager to manage and execute projects through its Flawless Launch Process, coordinate new-product-line launches and modifications, prepare equipment samples, create manufacturing-system designs and PCE sheets, support ECR and ECO processes, plan and manage plant CAPEX, order equipment, perform PFMEA, participate in design and drawing reviews, define scope of work for the regional Industrialization team, support continuous improvement, and address production issues. The role requires a technical degree in engineering, mechanical, manufacturing, or industrial engineering, along with knowledge of process equipment, Six Sigma, quality-management tools, Microsoft Office, and CAD/SolidWorks.
