Description
Tesla is hiring an Installer Support Engineering Technician for a 12-month fixed-term contract in Manchester, Amsterdam, or Berlin. The role supports channel-partner technicians through live on-site and off-site troubleshooting of residential solar, storage, and home-charging products; analyzes power-electronics systems, single-line diagrams, operational logs, metering and communications issues, and electrical theory; and documents interactions while identifying process and knowledge gaps. Candidates need a technical or engineering bachelor's degree or at least two years of technician experience, English and German fluency, strong communication and documentation skills, and experience with electrical systems, power electronics, and troubleshooting.
