Description
The Associate, Institutional Business Development supports Parametric’s Institutional Sales and Service Team by developing investor relationships, tracking sales opportunities, maintaining Salesforce, preparing investor materials, supporting due diligence and roadshows, and improving business-development workflows. The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 2–4 years of investment-management experience, and strong communication and relationship-building skills; CFA and FINRA Series 3, 7, and 63 qualifications are preferred or required within one year of employment. The position follows a hybrid model requiring office work three days per week and remote work the remaining days, with a base salary of $70,000–$140,000 per year.
