Description
The Tennessee College of Applied Technology Murfreesboro is hiring a full-time Associate Instructor for its Industrial Maintenance Control program at the Smyrna campus. The role provides individualized theory and hands-on instruction to high school and adult students, covering industrial equipment diagnosis, troubleshooting, repair, mechatronics, electronics, fluid power, motor control, PLC logic and programming, robots, and manufacturing. The instructor will also support industry relations, student recruitment and placement, cooperative education, and program accreditation requirements. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent and at least three years of experience in the IEM/M field, with technical teaching and industry experience preferred.
