Description
The Associate Instrumentation Engineer prepares instrumentation project deliverables, conducts site surveys and walk-downs, searches client documentation, marks up drawings and data sheets, and generates as-built or as-found documentation, loop drawings, instrument lists, DCS/PLC I/O lists, and P&IDs. The role also provides technical support for field execution and outage or turnaround projects. It requires a bachelor's degree in Instrument, Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering, at least three years of experience, knowledge of ISA, API, and ASME instrumentation standards, and the ability to work in field conditions including heights, confined spaces, and all weather conditions. The stated pay range is $90,000 to $130,000 annually, with health, dental, and vision insurance among the benefits.
