Description
MoneyHero is hiring an Associate, Insurance Operations to own and maintain content quality across its personal finance products. The role manages product, offer, and campaign configurations in Strapi; validates content, CTAs, labels, and product attributes; audits content; supports CMS migrations and content-model updates; configures reward forms and eligibility logic in Rewards Gateway; and coordinates with Product, Engineering, Commercial, Campaign, Analytics, and Business Analysis teams. The position requires 2 to 3 years of writing experience, fluency in Traditional Chinese, strong English writing and communication skills, and hands-on CMS experience, with Strapi experience strongly preferred.
