Oscar is hiring an Associate, Insurance Product & Benefit Execution to support the development and delivery of ACA Individual and Small Group (QHP) insurance product filings. The role translates product designs into filing outputs, validates product data, coordinates with product, actuarial, compliance, technology, and regulatory teams, supports regulatory objections and updates, and maintains filing deliverables and documentation. It is a remote work-from-home position for eligible residents of specified states, with a base salary of $91,659–$120,303 per year in most locations and $101,844–$133,670 per year in New Jersey, New York, and California, plus benefits and performance bonuses.
