L3Harris is seeking an Associate, Integration/Test Engineer to synthesize and define test processes for complex electro-optical and electro-mechanical systems. The role involves coordinating assembly-level through system-level integration and test activities, ensuring technical obligations are met. Responsibilities include performing systems engineering tasks for manual and automated test processes, developing test plans, executing functional testing, using software tools for scripting and troubleshooting, setting up hardware/software systems, conducting root cause analysis, supporting operations in failure trend analysis, providing technical consultation, and contributing to continuous improvement.
