L3Harris is hiring an Associate, Systems Integration / Test Engineer for an on-site role in Waco, Texas. The position supports aircraft modernization, maintenance, and new aircraft systems integration and testing, including avionics, communications, cockpit, mission, navigation, and RF systems. Responsibilities include developing test procedures, performing System Operation and Verification Testing, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The role requires significant aircraft systems test engineering experience, a relevant degree or H/S/GED, a minimum active Secret security clearance with Top Secret eligibility, and willingness to travel up to 50% and work any required shift.
