L3Harris is hiring an Associate, Systems Integration / Test Engineer for an on-site role in Waco, Texas. The position supports aircraft modernization, maintenance, and new aircraft systems integration and testing, including avionics, communications, cockpit, mission, navigation, and RF systems. Responsibilities include developing test procedures, performing System Operation and Verification Testing, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The role requires an associate degree with at least six years of aircraft systems test engineering experience, or a bachelor’s degree with at least two years of experience, along with a minimum active Secret security clearance and the ability to obtain Top Secret. The schedule is 9/80 regular, with off every other Friday and 1st shift, and travel may reach 50% primarily within the United States.
