Description
Realterm is hiring an Associate, Investments to source, evaluate, negotiate, and close commercial real estate investments for its Central Region funds and mandates. The role leads underwriting and due diligence, coordinates with fund managers, legal, lenders, brokers, and property management, manages the deal pipeline, and supports client and investor relationships. It is based in Chicago and may require travel of up to 10% annually, with a full-time benefits program available to eligible employees.
