Description

BlackRock is hiring an Associate, IT Data Analytics in Mumbai to partner with investment, operations, finance, risk, and investor-relations stakeholders across private and public credit platforms. The role translates business requirements into reporting and analytics specifications, identifies automation and AI-enabled analytics opportunities, supports adoption of AI-driven reporting, and develops familiarity with dashboards and data platforms. Candidates need at least five years of relevant experience, including two years in financial services, SQL and BI-tool knowledge, strong stakeholder communication, and preferably computer science or engineering education plus an MBA.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, preferably coupled with an MBA.
Required Previous Experiences: At least 5 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years in the financial industry, preferably hedge funds or private debt funds.
Preferred Qualifications: MBA from a leading Indian institution such as IIT, NIT, BITS, IIM, ISB, or XLRI.
Knowledge of bank loans, bonds, credit derivatives, or FX forwards.
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
High business ethics and professionalism.
Exposure to AI-enabled analytics and automation.
