Townsquare Ignite is hiring a remote Associate Key Account Performance Specialist to support key accounts across Home Services, Legal, and Quick Service Restaurants. The role partners with Key Account Performance Managers and internal teams to develop campaign strategy, review orders, coordinate creative and targeting, monitor performance, prepare reports, troubleshoot issues, and support client communication and account growth. Candidates need at least two years of experience in digital advertising, campaign management, account management, media, or a related field, along with analytical, communication, organizational, and cross-functional collaboration skills. The position offers a base pay range of $60,000–$65,000 USD plus commission, with total compensation of $75,000–$85,000 USD and medical, dental, and vision insurance.
