Zinnov is hiring an Associate – Knowledge Management to architect, govern, and scale an AI-enabled knowledge ecosystem supporting marketing, thought leadership, and enterprise impact. The role manages SharePoint Online and enterprise knowledge portals, designs metadata and taxonomies, establishes content lifecycle and governance frameworks, analyzes repository usage, and applies AI tools for tagging, summarization, search, and Q&A. It requires 2–3 years of knowledge management or content systems experience, SharePoint or enterprise KM platform expertise, metadata and workflow experience, and familiarity with AI/ML, NLP, and analytics tools.
