Staffbase is hiring an Associate Legal Counsel to lead and modernize its regulatory compliance program. The role focuses on NIS2, the Cyber Resilience Act, the EU AI Act, global data protection laws, certifications, policies, risk assessments, training, and AI-driven compliance automation, while also supporting commercial and corporate legal work. The position requires a fully qualified lawyer with a German 2nd State Exam or equivalent EU qualification, German and English fluency, strong communication, tech-savviness, and the ability to run a compliance program independently.
