Description
The Associate, Legal Entity Controller will support Cantor's broker-dealer and security-based swap dealer entities by maintaining U.S. GAAP compliance, coordinating accounting practices and financial controls, supporting transactions and entity structure changes, managing month and quarter-end close activities, preparing quarterly financial statements, processing payments and invoices, substantiating balance sheets, improving controls and systems, and assisting with audits and special initiatives. The role requires a bachelor's degree in Accounting, 2–4 years of financial accounting experience in a financial services company, technical accounting and financial reporting expertise, and strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
