M12 is seeking an Associate to support its corporate venture capital investment process by researching markets, monitoring trends, sourcing deals, building investor and startup relationships, conducting due diligence and financial analysis, preparing investment memos, tracking deal flow, and supporting portfolio companies. The role requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and either 3+ years of venture investing experience or equivalent experience, plus at least 1 year on a deal team. The typical U.S. base pay range is USD 86,100–169,800 per year, with higher ranges for the San Francisco Bay Area and New York City metropolitan area.
