Hormel Foods is hiring an Associate Maintenance Engineer to supervise maintenance personnel and direct the modification, improvement, and installation of high-tech equipment in a manufacturing facility. The role includes maintenance management, equipment troubleshooting, startup, vendor selection, preventive maintenance scheduling, energy monitoring, safety oversight, and coordination with plant management.
