HelloFresh is hiring an Associate Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance and reliability for an assigned building or shift, including automation, manufacturing equipment, electrical, refrigeration, building, grounds, and overall facility upkeep. The role leads and coaches technicians, manages vendors and repairs, ensures regulatory compliance, and identifies improvement opportunities. It requires 0–2+ years of facilities maintenance or operations experience, a high school diploma or GED, blueprint and schematic interpretation, exposure to mechanical, electrical, automation, and refrigeration systems, and flexibility for weekends, holidays, and nights.
