Description
The Associate Major Gifts Officer will manage mid-level donors and emerging major donor prospects, develop individual cultivation and solicitation plans, track activity in EveryAction, and own the one-to-many annual fund fundraising program through digital outreach, cultivation sequences, and virtual community events. The role also handles donor stewardship, compliance across Galvanize USA and Galvanize Action, and requires travel for cultivation and stewardship events. It is a remote position with an average 40 hours per week, requires at least three years of fundraising experience, and offers a starting salary of $88,000–$95,000 plus employer-paid health, dental, and vision insurance.
