Description
The Associate Manager assists the Manager in directing daily Abby’s Restaurant operations, supervising all restaurant personnel, monitoring staffing and sales, maintaining food and beverage quality, customer service, merchandising, promotions, and controllable costs. The role also trains hourly staff, recommends promotions and discipline, may interview and select hourly employees, guides Assistant Managers, and supports employee morale and productivity. A background check and drug screen are required, and benefits include 401k, medical, dental, and/or vision insurance, reduced-cost meals, paid sick leave, paid vacation, and a bonus program.
