Description
The Associate Manager serves as a shared business owner with the Store Director, owning a designated division such as visual merchandising, operations, human resources, service and selling, or another area. The role manages store operations and technology, supports recruiting and development, coaches associates, drives customer service and community engagement, and may step into sales-floor roles. Candidates need at least three years of full-time retail management experience, scheduling flexibility, and the ability to lift and move at least 40 pounds. The position offers a base hourly range of $29.25 to $36.50, along with bonus programs, paid time off, retirement matching, and medical, dental, prescription, vision, and life insurance.
