Description
SC Johnson is hiring an Associate Manager, Data Management, Systems & Analytics to lead the strategy, design, optimization, governance, and lifecycle management of information systems and digital solutions for Global Safety Assurance & Regulatory Affairs. The role partners with GSARA, IT, R&D, and other stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable solutions, explore AI and emerging technologies, build reporting and analytics capabilities, drive adoption and change management, and measure system performance and business value. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline, at least five years of relevant professional experience, and knowledge of SQL and data platforms; it is a full-time onsite role in Racine, Wisconsin with remote work available once per week after 90 days.
