SC Johnson is hiring an Associate Manager, Demand Planning to lead demand forecasting and consensus processes for one or more North American business units. The role connects Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance; supports S&OP, long-range planning, budget planning, risk modeling, root-cause analysis, and forecast accuracy improvement. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and at least five years of progressive demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain experience. The position is full-time, eligible for domestic relocation, and offers remote work once per week after a 90-day onboarding period.
