Description
The Associate Manager, Digital Services manages and develops a Digital Services team supporting hardware, systems, applications, vision inspection, personalisation, data traceability, authentication, and digital manufacturing processes. The role leads training and KPIs, supports technical projects and audits, collaborates with Engineering, IT, NPI, Quality, OEMs, and suppliers, and contributes to customer OTIF, OEE, safety, security, and continuous improvement. It requires an MQF level 6 or higher qualification in ICT, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, at least two years of digital systems or related manufacturing experience, strong troubleshooting and programming skills, and predominantly shopfloor work.
