L3Harris is hiring an Associate Manager, Electrical Engineering in Cincinnati, Ohio, for a 4/10 schedule. The role combines front-line management of an engineering team with individual contributor work on ordnance programs, including analog and digital electronics design, circuit analysis, requirements and test planning, failure investigations, design reviews, customer interfaces, and resource planning. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related discipline with at least six years of related experience, or equivalent experience and education alternatives, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and CAD/CAE tools. Preferred qualifications include experience with sensors, ESD protection, PADS and Altium Designer, EMI testing, extreme-environment design, energetic materials, and root-cause corrective-action processes.
