L3Harris is hiring an Associate Manager, Integration and Test Engineering in Fort Wayne, Indiana. The role provides front-line leadership for approximately 15–20 engineering technicians supporting aerospace integration and test operations across submodule, module, instrument, and space-vehicle test activities. Responsibilities include test execution, technician coordination, troubleshooting, technical test engineering support, compliance, nonconformance resolution, employee performance management, and departmental improvement initiatives. The position requires flexible coverage of afternoon/night shifts, weekends, overtime, travel, and schedule changes, with up to 25% travel required. Candidates must be able to obtain a US security clearance and meet the stated education and experience requirements.
