Description
The Associate Manager, IOC Engineering will lead and mentor a subset of Infrastructure Operations Center analysts and engineers while contributing hands-on technical work in automation, monitoring, operational tooling, incident response, and service reliability. The role bridges operational execution and engineering innovation, supports 24x7 service delivery, and serves as a technical escalation point and liaison across infrastructure, application, platform, SRE, and business teams. It requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience, at least five years of relevant technical experience, and at least two years of leadership or team-lead experience.
