Yum! Brands is hiring an Associate Manager, Global Learning & Development to partner with People & Culture and business leaders, translate enterprise learning strategy into employee and leader experiences, lead learning programs and workstreams, improve delivery processes and technology, and support virtual and in-person learning. The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, typically 5+ years of related experience, and involves attending the Irvine, California office three days per week. The salary range is $109,400-$128,600 plus bonus eligibility.
