Description
The Associate Manager, Maintenance supervises maintenance and engineering technical staff, oversees plant and facility operations, manages the annual maintenance budget, leads project management initiatives, and maintains safety and health standards. Responsibilities include troubleshooting and maintenance scheduling, equipment and facility improvements, cross-training, machinery and equipment installations, utility monitoring, contractor oversight, QA/QC, and construction project management. The role requires a B.Sc. in Industrial and Production Engineering or Mechanical Engineering, at least 10 years of relevant maintenance or engineering experience, and strong leadership, communication, production-process, and goal-oriented skills.
