L3Harris is hiring an Associate Mechanical Engineering Manager-Tooling for its Advanced Manufacturing Facilities in Huntsville, Alabama. The role leads the Tool Engineering group, provides tool design and process direction for production and new-product programs, supports lean manufacturing and operational excellence, coordinates with manufacturing, quality, process, and product teams, and coaches team members. The position requires a bachelor’s degree with at least six years of mechanical engineering design experience, or equivalent qualifications, plus one year of leadership experience; travel is 10% and the schedule is 10-hour days, four days per week.
