Smithfield is seeking an Associate Manager of Environmental/PSM (Process Safety Management) to oversee environmental management and PSM at the plant. This role involves ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, driving continuous improvement of environmental/PSM processes, maintaining EMS programs, coordinating ISO 14001 certification, and conducting internal audits. The manager will also be responsible for training and developing staff, making strategic decisions during emergencies, and contributing to a positive employee experience.
