Description
The Associate Manager, Operational SHE & S will strengthen safety culture and operational excellence at dsm-firmenich's Louvain-la-Neuve manufacturing site. The role leads behavioral safety programs, safety observations, near-miss follow-up, incident investigations, root cause analyses, HSE onboarding, coaching, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement, while maintaining a strong field presence. Candidates need a master's degree in a relevant field, experience building safety culture and operational excellence, knowledge of incident investigation and continuous improvement, and fluency in English and French.
