SS&C is hiring an Associate Manager, Operations in New York City on a hybrid basis to support hedge fund clients through middle- and back-office functions such as reconciliations, trade support, wire processing, cash management, and client liaison activities. The role covers multiple investment products, requires a bachelor’s degree in business or finance, at least four years of back-office operations experience, and strong Excel and communication skills. The expected base salary is $120,000 to $150,000 USD, with possible discretionary bonus and equity awards.
