L3Harris is hiring an onsite Associate Manager, Operations Management - Master Production Schedule in Waco, Texas, working a 9/80 schedule. The role manages a team of demand schedulers, maintains the Waco master production schedule and manufacturing capacity, oversees budgets and manpower, supports bids and proposals, leads continuous improvement, and performs SAP scheduling and E3 activities. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree with at least six years of scheduling or production control experience, or equivalent experience, plus at least five years of SAP experience and four years in a management or supervisory role.
