The on-site, first-shift role serves as the primary interface between Production Operations and cross-functional teams, managing cost, schedule, risk, and opportunity performance for assigned programs. Responsibilities include manufacturing program planning, capacity planning, Earned Value Management reporting, Integrated Master Schedule updates, corrective actions, manufacturing readiness reviews, process improvement, and Lean initiatives.
