SC Johnson is hiring an Associate Manager, Packaging Engineer to lead packaging development and technical leadership for the North America Home Fragrance portfolio. The role covers primary, secondary, and e-commerce packaging; sustainability and regulatory strategy; emerging materials and technologies; test planning; specifications; and mentoring other packaging engineers. It reports to the Manager R&D Air Care, is based at Sam’s Campus in Mt. Pleasant, requires a bachelor’s degree in packaging or a relevant engineering discipline plus at least six years of product or packaging development experience, and offers eligible employees one remote work day per week.
