ZALORA is hiring a Fulfillment Analytics Manager in Kuala Lumpur to lead the collection, analysis, and reporting of fulfillment-related data across Malaysia, the Philippines, and Indonesia. The role partners with Data Science, defines business problems, manages stakeholder data requests, automates metrics and insights in Looker, coaches team members, and supports operational efficiency and strategic decision-making. It requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, 3–5 years of data analytics or business intelligence experience, 1–2 years of process improvement or project management experience, advanced Looker and SQL skills, strong Excel knowledge, and excellent English.
