Little Spoon is hiring an Associate Manager, Planning & Business Operations to provide tactical project management support across its product portfolio. The role coordinates stakeholders and milestones, tracks project progress and risks, maintains dashboards and project tracking tools, facilitates cross-functional meetings, and supports product launches, renovations, and discontinuations. It also involves developing and testing AI solutions to improve project management efficiency. The position requires at least three years of experience in a CPG project management office or formal project management function, familiarity with Monday.com and Airtable, and comfort with modern AI tools. The anticipated base salary for NYC-based candidates is $85,000-$100,000 USD, with equity and comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits.
