Evidence Action is hiring an Associate Manager, Program Data Analytics to lead statistical analysis of cleaned program data for monitoring and evaluation across West and Central Africa. The role designs analysis plans, conducts descriptive and inferential analysis, contributes to survey and measurement strategies, produces reports and dashboards, coordinates analytical requests between programs and the MLE team, and supervises a Senior Associate. Candidates need a relevant degree, at least five years of quantitative data-analysis experience, statistical software expertise, data-visualization experience, and the ability to work independently in a geographically dispersed team. The position is based in a WCA country and is open only to citizens or permanent residents of Evidence Action’s WCA countries; visa sponsorship is unavailable.
