Evidence Action is hiring an Associate Manager, Program Data Analytics to lead statistical analysis of cleaned program data for monitoring and evaluation across West and Central Africa. The role designs analysis plans, conducts descriptive and inferential analysis, contributes to survey and measurement strategies, produces reports and dashboards, coordinates analytical requests between programs and the MLE team, and supervises a Senior Associate. Candidates need a relevant degree, at least five years of quantitative data-analysis experience, statistical software expertise, data-visualization experience, and fluency in English; the position is based in a WCA country and does not offer visa sponsorship.
