Description
Molex is hiring an Associate Manager, Project in Chengdu, Sichuan, China, to lead cross-functional teams and manage new-product launches on time and budget. The role owns project success, coordinates technical, timing, customer, quotation, quality, cost, and delivery activities, supports APQP and IATF16949 processes, manages project documentation and variances, and coaches junior team members. Candidates need a university degree, at least two years of project-management experience, Microsoft Office proficiency, basic mechanical-drawing knowledge, strong global communication and leadership skills, and familiarity with APQP, IATF16949, and VDA requirements; engineering, new-product-development, and automotive experience are preferred.
