Description

Mattel is hiring an Associate Manager, Retail Franchise Development to lead retail franchise development in an assigned EMEA territory or market cluster. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Retail Franchise Development EMEA, the role develops territory strategies, retailer partnerships, joint business plans, activations, and growth proposals; manages retailer relationships and cross-functional stakeholders; and tracks performance and commercial results. The role requires 7+ years of relevant experience, strong retail and commercial skills, a degree or equivalent professional experience, and fluent English. The gross annual salary range is GBP 57,040–GBP 67,735, with a 10% target bonus and additional benefits.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience
Required Previous Experiences: 7+ years of experience in retail development, licensing, commercial sales, buying, franchise marketing, category management, or a related consumer products field
Experience developing and presenting retail programs, joint business plans, franchise activations, customer propositions, and commercial business cases
Experience working across cross-functional, multi-market teams in a complex, matrixed organization
Preferred Qualifications: Experience in consumer products, entertainment, licensing, or branded goods
