Veeva Systems is hiring a Practice Manager for its Randomization & Trial Supply Management (RTSM) team to lead a professional services team focused on customer success in RTSM study implementation and support. The role manages project managers and managed services consultants, develops people, establishes RTSM processes, collaborates with other RTSM teams, and drives operational excellence. Candidates need a four-year degree or equivalent experience, RTSM experience, at least four years in people management, and experience building and managing project-manager or services teams. The position offers a Work Anywhere arrangement, medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance, flexible PTO, retirement programs, and a base salary of $100,000 to $200,000.
