Description
SC Johnson is hiring an Associate Manager, Site Engineering to support manufacturing operations by managing capital equipment projects from concept through startup, developing budgets and specifications, optimizing equipment and processes, improving safety, quality, cost, and productivity, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related manufacturing or industrial discipline and at least 10 years of manufacturing capital project experience. It is a full-time, first-shift position with occasional night or weekend work, approximately 5–10% travel including occasional international travel, and no remote or relocation eligibility.
